Marvel Avengers Infinity War Highest Opening Day in India 2018:

The audience was filled with thrill and excitement and we could witness lots of hooting and cheering as the first show of Marvel Avengers: Infinity War was being screened on Firday morning 27 April 2018.

Marvel’s new film Avengers: Infinity War has opened at a whopping Rs. 30 crore at Indian Box Office, making it the highest grossing first day collection of 2018 in India. The film, which includes all superheros of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), beat the occupancy of Baahubali-The Conclusion, the success story of which needs no retelling. A Box Office India report stated: “There is no Hollywood film that has even reached 15 crore before this film so it’s almost double their best in India.” Avengers: Infinity War has been released in India two weeks ahead of its release in USA and other European countries.

Trade gurus have predicted a grand opening weekend for this mega film, which have been directed by the duo – Joe and Anthony Russo. According to International tracking service ComScore, Infinity War, whose production budget was $300 million, is aiming for a domestic opening at around $230. That would still be less than Star Wars: Force Awakens’ $248 million weekend. A ComScore analyst said: “If any film has a shot at beating Force Awakens’ record, it’s the Marvel’s Infinity War.”We are excited to see how the film performs in India over the course of the week.

“Infinity War has a must-watch factor built on the concept of bringing together of an almost unimaginable array of top Marvel characters in one enormous giant cinematic extravaganza,” the movie expert and analyst added.

Thanos Infinity War 2018

As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.

The 10-year old Marvel journey couldn’t come to an end with a film that doesn’t stand out. They stretched the length to two hours and twenty-nine minutes to do justice to all the characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Visually the fight scenes are very thrilling and jaw-dropping. Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Spiderman and Thor engage us with some mind-blowing action scenes, which are visually spectacular.

In film we can see the Avengers fighting along with the Guardians of the Galaxy and Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) against one common enemy – Thanos (voiced by Josh Brolin) who aims to wipe out half the universe. The Avengers comprises Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), War Machine (Don Cheadle), Spider-Man (Tom Holland), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Vision (Paul Bettany), Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Falcon (Anthony Mackie), Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan).

Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax (Dave Bautista), Rocket (voiced by Bradley Cooper), Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel), Nebula (Karen Gillan) and Mantis (Pom Klementieff) make up the Guardians of the Galaxy.
